Desired Candidate Profile

Any Graduate
Good Communication Skills
Should have 1 year experience on paper as a Process Trainer from BPO Outbound sales

Roles and Responsibilities

Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI’s like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition,
Occupancy, Rostering.
BPO experience is mandatory
Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.
Should be comfortable working from office
US Shift
5 days a week
