Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and proactive candidate to manage and strengthen collaborations with IB Schools while ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional client experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, relationship management abilities, and experience working in the education or international school sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end partnerships with IB Schools
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school management
- Develop business growth and engagement strategies
- Identify and onboard new partnership opportunities
- Coordinate project activities between schools and internal teams
- Ensure high client satisfaction and service quality
- Prepare reports, presentations, and academic documentation
Requirements:
- Postgraduate in Education, Management, or a relevant field
- 1–2 years of experience in Education / International Schools / IB Schools preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in school relations, academic coordination, or education sector is an advantage
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Immediate joiners preferred
