Job Description

Prior eLearning experience will be preferred

Sound knowledge of ID theories and current practices in the learning industry

Should have experience in designing learning strategies and developing ID approach documents

Should have exposure to developing courses for varied learner audience

Exposure to developing for different learning mediums would be an advantage

Should have carried out design and development reviews of learning content
Job Description:

Will be responsible for designing instructional and assessment strategies for the learning.

Will also draft the learning materials, develop learning objectives and assessments, structure and write content creatively

Will interact with SME’s for designing instructional for the learning

Will also review the storyboards and courses for instructional accuracy before delivering to client

Will manage a team of Instructional Writers and be responsible for deliverables within project schedules
