- Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain the company’s products and services clearly and effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales or appointments
- Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: +2 / Graduate.
- Excellent verbal communication in [English/Malayalam— adjust as needed].
- Good listening and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel).
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
