Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned hotel and property accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for hotel partners and build strong client relationships.
- Handle client calls, hotel inquiries, and customer support requests.
- Respond promptly to hotel leads and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Drive reservations by coordinating with hotel partners and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate room rates, offers, and booking requests to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase hotel visibility and bookings.
- Coordinate regularly with hotel owners, management, and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Take ownership of assigned hotel accounts and contribute to their revenue growth, occupancy, and overall business performance.
- Maintain accurate client records, account updates, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely issue resolution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.

Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of a regional language will be an added advantage.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong sales, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hotel accounts efficiently.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in Hospitality, Hotel Operations, Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), Marketing, Management, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with relevant experience in Hospitality Operations, Client Success, Account Management, Sales, Customer Support, Hotel Management, or Client Servicing will be given preference.
