We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and drive revenue growth for our IT services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads across target industries
- Promote MEPROTECH’s services including software development, web & mobile app development, AR/VR solutions, game development, and digital marketing
- Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional networks
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
- Schedule and conduct client meetings (online/offline) to close deals
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for requirement analysis and delivery planning
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales or IT services sales preferred
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply to clients
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in software/IT service sales
- Understanding of web development, mobile apps, or digital solutions
- Ability to handle international clients
- Strong LinkedIn networking skills
