Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize chemicals, specimens, and equipment before practical classes.
- Guide students in handling lab instruments safely and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards in the laboratory.
- Conduct routine checks, calibration, and minor repairs of lab equipment.
- Keep accurate records of inventory, usage, and procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including proper disposal of waste.
- Support in setting up labs for examinations and science fairs.
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment handling, and safety procedures.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe learning environment.
