We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients/candidates, provide them with detailed information about our services, and generate high-quality leads for our counseling and sales departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to provided leads and prospective clients.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for various services, including IT training and recruitment.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings/interviews between clients and senior consultants.
- Database Management: Maintain and update call logs, lead statuses, and client information accurately in Excel or CRM software.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure maximum conversion rates.
Requirements & Skills:
- Education: Minimum Graduate or 10+2 with relevant experience.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales. (Freshers with excellent communication are encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi
- Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a polite and professional phone etiquette.
- Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
