We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Civil Engineer to manage on-site execution and ensure quality construction as per approved drawings and specifications. The role involves supervising civil works, coordinating with site teams and contractors, and ensuring timely completion of activities while maintaining quality and safety standards. The candidate will play a key role in monitoring daily site progress and resolving execution-related challenges.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5–8 years of experience in real estate / construction site execution
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes (foundation, structure, finishing)
- Experience in handling residential / plotted / township projects (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
- Good knowledge of quality standards and site safety practices
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting tools)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site execution work as per drawings and specifications
- Ensure quality of work in civil construction activities (RCC, masonry, plaster, finishing, etc.)
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labor teams for smooth execution
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Verify levels, alignment, and measurements at site
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify / resolve execution issues
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and work documentation
- Coordinate with project manager and other departments for site requirements
- Support in planning and scheduling of site activities
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site compliance
- Assist in contractor billing verification and measurement checks
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and technical specifications
