Business Development Manager (Real Estate - Channel Partner)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by establishing and managing relationships with real estate developers, identifying new project opportunities, overseeing inventory acquisition, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The role requires end-to-end coordination from project onboarding and agreement execution to sales tracking, collections monitoring, and team performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Developer Management
- Identify and onboard new real estate developers and projects for business association.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders.
- Source and acquire new project inventory for the sales team.
- Coordinate with developers regarding project launches, inventory availability, pricing revisions, offers, and promotional activities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate execution of channel partner agreements.
Sales Team Management
- Manage and supervise Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Allocate leads and projects among the sales team based on business requirements.
- Guide and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle until closure.
- Monitor lead conversion ratios, bookings, revenue generation, and overall sales performance.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide training, motivation, and operational support to the team.
Pre-Sales Coordination
- Ensure the sales team receives updated project information, inventory details, pricing, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with developers for project presentations, site visits, offers, and inventory requirements.
- Assist the sales team in resolving project-related queries and closure challenges.
Post-Sales & Collections Monitoring
- Oversee post-booking processes and coordinate with developers and internal teams.
- Monitor customer documentation, booking status, and collection milestones.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending collections.
- Address operational issues affecting booking completion and revenue realization.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Track sales targets, achievements, incentives, and productivity of Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and recommend performance improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and submit MIS reports, sales reports, collection reports, and business development updates to management.
- Analyze business trends and recommend strategies for revenue growth.
CRM & Sales Operations
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of leads, customer information, site visits, bookings, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Monitor lead allocation and lead movement within the CRM.
- Track sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and sales team activities through CRM reports.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper documentation of all customer interactions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports from the CRM for management review.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure CRM compliance and timely updates.
- Identify gaps in sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support management with performance dashboards, sales analytics, and business insights derived from CRM data.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
