ob Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for the Electrical Automation Industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting automation products and solutions such as PLC, SCADA, VFD, HMI, control panels, sensors, and industrial automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers in industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Promote electrical automation products and solutions to clients.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order finalization.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams for project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM records.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of industrial automation products and electrical systems.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Good presentation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in electrical automation or industrial product sale
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
