Job Summary
Podium Systems is hiring a Sourcing Manager to support sales for commercial and retail real estate. This role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, and managing broker/channel partner relationships to drive occupancy and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Lead Generation
- Develop strategies to source potential clients for commercial and retail spaces
- Generate leads through networking, outbound calls, and digital platforms
- Build relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and real estate professionals
Sales & Client Management
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including documentation and coordination
- Handle client queries and ensure timely follow-ups
Channel Partner Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners
- Track site visits and conversion ratios
- Support partners to improve closures and engagement
Market & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Suggest improvements in pricing and marketing strategies
- Maintain accurate sales data and reports in CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales or commercial leasing
- Strong network of brokers or channel partners preferred
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
- Target-driven and organized approach to work
