Job Description (JD) – Event Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, investor meets, channel partner events, project launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and vendor management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality events within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute corporate events, investor meets, and project launch events.
- Coordinate venue booking, event logistics, and vendor management.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and production agencies.
- Prepare event timelines, checklists, and execution plans.
- Ensure branding and promotional materials are ready before the event.
- Supervise event setup, registrations, guest management, and on-site operations.
- Handle VIP guests, clients, channel partners, and investor hospitality.
- Manage post-event reports, feedback, and performance analysis.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure all events align with the company's brand image and business objectives.

Qualification

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate event management, exhibitions, real estate events, hospitality, or marketing events.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in organizing investor meets, channel partner meets, exhibitions, and corporate conferences.
- Ability to travel for event execution.
- Strong network with event vendors and service providers.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
