Role Overview
BrightChamps is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Academy Operations Executive to join our Demo Operations team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of demo classes, coordinate with teachers across international time zones, and support new part-time teachers during their onboarding journey. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, accuracy, and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for new part-time teachers during their initial 45 days (or first interaction), ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and successful demo delivery.
- Schedule, track, and monitor demo classes while resolving operational challenges.
- Coordinate with teachers to confirm availability and maintain updated scheduling information.
- Escalate operational issues to senior team members when required and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain daily operational trackers, reports, and data entries with high accuracy.
- Share timely operational updates with managers and team leads to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of demo operations across global regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–3 years of work experience (EdTech experience is an added advantage).

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
