We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Trainer to join our team to schedule and conduct training sessions for new joiners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new employees by teaching them the company’s software applications, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other essential systems. In addition to conducting training sessions, the trainer will also be responsible for content creation, such as training videos, policy documents, and SOPs, ensuring that materials are up-to-date and accurate.

Onboarding & Training: Schedule and train new employees on company software applications, policies, SOPs, and business processes.

Content Creation & Maintenance: Develop training materials, including videos, policy documents, and SOPs. Regularly update and improve existing training materials as needed.

Training Sessions: Conduct regular sessions to keep employees informed about updates and changes to software applications, policies, and SOPs.

Clarification & Support: Address and clarify doubts, offering re-training and additional support where necessary to ensure employees fully understand the systems and processes.

Performance Monitoring: Track employee progress and effectiveness of the training programs, making improvements where needed.

Education: Graduate in any field.

Experience: Prior experience in training employees or in a similar role.

Languages: Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, and English (additional languages are a bonus).
Technical Skills:
- Good grasp of business processes.

Ability to quickly learn and work with software tools (e.g., ERP, Applicant Tracking Systems).

Strong proficiency in MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
