- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Developing recruitment strategies, creating job descriptions, and posting vacancies on social media and job portals.
- Screening & Evaluation: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone/video screenings, and assessing candidates for skills and cultural fit.
- Interview Management: Coordinating interview schedules between applicants and hiring managers.
- Offer Negotiation: Extending job offers, negotiating salary packages, and managing pre-boarding formalities.
- Candidate Experience: Maintaining regular communication with candidates, providing feedback, and building a strong employer brand.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensuring all hiring practices comply with labor laws and managing records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
