Karma Miles, India's first seniors community and experiences brand, is hiring Lifestyle Companions for Karma Companions, a premium companionship service where trained companions accompany senior citizens for outings, appointments, and meaningful moments at home, so they can continue living active, independent lives.
You will be a trusted lifestyle saathi, not a replacement for family or healthcare professionals, helping seniors feel supported, respected, and cared for, while giving their families complete peace of mind through regular updates.
What You Will Do
- Accompany seniors for social outings (temples, parks, restaurants, malls, cultural events, family functions, day trips around NCR)
- Support errands and appointments (doctor visits, diagnostics, pharmacy, bank, government offices, documentation)
- Visit seniors at home for reading, tech help (smartphones, video calls, digital payments), hobbies, and companionship
- Drive the senior's vehicle when needed, or arrange alternate travel (cab/metro/rickshaw)
- Assist with paperwork and share a clear summary with the family afterward
- Send regular WhatsApp updates and photos to families during assignments
- Watch for the senior's comfort and well-being, and immediately report any concern to the family and Karma Miles Operations
- Follow Karma Miles' operational guidelines and SOPs
Who We Are Looking For
- Age 25 - 50, fluent Hindi and basic-to-fluent English
- Warm, patient, compassionate, and trustworthy, with strong communication skills
- Well-groomed, punctual, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Physically fit enough for outings and appointments
- Comfortable travelling across Gurgaon, Noida, and Delhi NCR
- Owns a smartphone; comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Maps, ride-booking, and payment apps
- Respects the senior's independence and guides rather than takes over
- Valid driving licence with a clean record and regular driving experience (preferred)
Preferred Experience
Hospitality, paramedic roles, customer service, concierge/guest relations, aviation/cabin crew, front office, event management, personal assistance, elder care, home healthcare, executive driving, or social work.

Assignment-based | Part-time and full-time opportunities | Flexible hours | Weekday and weekend assignments | 2 hours to full-day assignments
This Role Does Not Include
Nursing duties or medical procedures, personal hygiene assistance, cooking or cleaning, heavy lifting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
