Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Programmer with strong expertise in water supply schemes, pumping stations, treatment plants, SCADA systems, PLC programming, and automation control systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and commissioning automation logic for water infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in municipal water supply systems, WTP, ESR, pumping stations, pressure management, flow monitoring, and remote operation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PLC, SCADA, HMI, and RTU programs for water supply schemes.
- Program automation logic for:
- Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
- Pumping Stations
- Tube Wells / Bore Wells
- Overhead Tanks / ESR
- Flow Metering Systems
- Pressure Monitoring Stations
- Configure SCADA dashboards for real-time monitoring of:
- Pump status
- Flow
- Pressure
- Tank levels
- Chlorination systems
- Valve operations
- Integrate field devices such as:
- Flow meters
- Pressure transmitters
- Level sensors
- VFDs
- RTUs
- GSM/GPRS telemetry systems
- Troubleshoot programming issues during site commissioning.
- Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and site execution teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between PLC, SCADA, cloud, and reporting systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, FAT/SAT reports, and commissioning records.
- Support AMC and maintenance teams for post-installation troubleshooting.
- Optimize control logic for energy-efficient pump operations and automation reliability.

Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
