Responsibilities:
Chat handling and customer support
Handling customer calls
Website product listing and management
Stock and inventory management
Order processing and follow-ups
Coordinating with customers and suppliers
Preferred Skills:
Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
Knowledge of social media marketing
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
