Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for adhesives and industrial chemical products in Bhopal and nearby regions.
The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience and the ability to develop business through dealers, distributors, industrial clients, and large buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the customer base for adhesive and industrial products.
- Conduct regular field visits to dealers, distributors, industrial clients, and major buyers.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in adhesives, chemicals, paints, construction materials, hardware, or industrial products.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage field sales activities.
- Willingness to travel across Bhopal and nearby regions.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Existing dealer or distributor network will be an advantage.
- Candidates based in Bhopal or nearby areas of Madhya Pradesh will be preferred.
