About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Billing & Measurement Engineer to manage site measurements for running bills across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical drawings, be proficient in AutoCAD, and ensure accurate measurement records for billing purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites to take accurate measurements of completed work.
- Verify site measurements as per approved AutoCAD and PDF drawings.
- Prepare and maintain measurement sheets for running bills.
- Ensure all measurements are accurate and properly documented.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to resolve measurement-related queries.
- Update measurement records and reports using Google Sheets.
- Visit multiple project sites as required and submit timely measurement updates.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD and PDF drawings accurately.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for site visits.
