GO EC Autotech Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Service Operations to lead and manage the company’s service department and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, team management, customer satisfaction, and smooth operation of EV charging infrastructure and technical support activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service operations or technical operations management.
- Experience in EV charging, automobile, electrical systems, or industrial service operations preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage field operations and client coordination effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall service operations across multiple locations.
- Supervise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities of EV charging stations.
- Monitor service team performance and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Prepare operational reports, service analysis, and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper inventory management of spare parts and service tools.
- Conduct team training and technical skill development programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules and improve operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
