About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist who can identify, engage, and nurture potential clients for our PR Distribution, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Company Incorporation services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation through multiple channels and should understand the complete lead generation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across industries requiring:
- Press Release Distribution & PR Services
- SEO & Digital Marketing Services
- Company Incorporation & Business Setup Services
- SaaS and Brand Visibility Solutions
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases using various sources.
- Execute cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences to generate qualified meetings.
- Manage and optimize bulk email marketing campaigns, ensuring high deliverability and compliance with email best practices.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach campaigns using personalized messaging to connect with founders, CEOs, marketing heads, agencies, and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Email outreach
- Online directories and databases
- Google search and competitor analysis
- Industry-specific communities and platforms
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Track and update all lead activities in CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and lead-to-client conversion rates.
- Continuously test and optimize subject lines, email copies, outreach sequences, and targeting strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ 1–3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation.
✅ Strong understanding of the lead generation process from prospecting to appointment setting.
✅ Hands-on experience with Email Marketing and Bulk Email Marketing.
✅ Experience with LinkedIn Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
✅ Ability to build prospect lists and conduct market research independently.
✅ Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead tracking processes.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience generating leads for SEO agencies, Digital Marketing agencies, PR firms, SaaS companies, or Company Incorporation services.
- Knowledge of email authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to improve email deliverability.
- Experience using lead generation and outreach tools such as:

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Instantly

- Mailshake

- Zoho CRM
