Job Summary
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by managing administrative activities, coordinating with employees, clients, and vendors, maintaining records, and supporting finance and insurance operations. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
Finance & Insurance Support
- Maintain customer records, policy documents, and financial files.
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and payment records.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, and financial institutions.
- Track policy renewals and follow up with customers.
- Support the processing of insurance applications, claims, and endorsements.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
