Role Summary:
The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for patients. The role requires professionalism, warmth, and efficiency in managing appointments, patient inquiries, and center coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, manage check-ins, and guide them to the appropriate departments
- Handle appointment scheduling, cancellations and follow-ups
- Manage billing, receipts and daily cash records
- Coordinate with clinical and fitness teams for smooth patient flow
- Maintain patient records with accuracy
- Address queries with patience and clarity
- Ensure the reception area remains organised and welcoming
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling systems
- Prior front office experience preferred, particularly in healthcare or hospitality
