Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Engineer . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, Windows administration, end-user support, Office 365, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure support. The role involves providing technical assistance to internal users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, printers, and other IT-related issues.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage Active Directory user accounts, password resets, and system configurations.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Provide remote and onsite support to internal users and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
- Log, track, and resolve tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, ManageEngine, or Jira.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and support compliance activities, including ISMS audits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient IT service delivery.
