Job Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure to implement all IT policies as per Organization Norms
Manage all commercials and ensure in time receipt of the procurements to support the business requirements
Do asset management and Utilization
Ensure Email, I-Map user Management
Do internet leased line service monitoring and renewal
Do helpdesk monitoring & reporting of downtime for MIDC / Mumbai Location
Ensure App management, Global DNS Management, LAN and WAN management
Ensure support to maintain uptime of server and reduce downtime
Ensure timely project implementation related to technology and applications
Ensure optimization and improvements in current processes and IT systems
Monitor asset database and re-allocation
Ensure due compliance to internal and external audits
Maintain Risk Register, List of Interested Parties, Issues, Organization Chart, RR, Contingency plans
Manages the performance objectives and professional development of the Service Desk team including the
Ensure validation of individual training and development plans in line with functional requirements.
Monitors business critical processes and systems.
Identifies opportunities to simplify IT Service Desk operations through continuous improvement initiatives
