We're looking for a Data Analyst who can own and drive reporting and dashboarding across multiple verticals—Lending & Non-Lending. You will play a critical role in enabling data-backed decisions by building dashboards, automating daily performance reports, and analyzing product funnels across all user touchpoints. This is a high-ownership role where speed, clarity, and collaboration matter just as much as technical skill.
Key Responsibilities

TAT from requirements gathering to handoff. You’ll be the go-to person for visibility
across product and business funnels.
● Daily Reporting: Own and automate daily email reports covering key input and output
metrics (acquisition, activation, drop-offs, conversions, revenue, etc.) across digital
businesses.
● Funnel Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze product funnels for both Lending
and Non-Lending products. Identify leaks, bottlenecks, and opportunities across the
entire customer journey.
● Business Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Growth Teams,
Marketing, and Ops to translate business questions into data insights, KPIs, and
dashboards.
● Ad-hoc Analysis & Deep Dives: Support quick turnaround analysis for product
experiments, campaign tracking, and user behavior trends.
● Build for Scale: Constantly look for ways to automate, templatize, and standardize
dashboards and reports for scale and efficiency.
KPIs You Will Be Measured On
● PowerBI dashboards delivered within 2-day SLA
● 100% daily reporting accuracy & timeliness
● Impact across both Lending & Non-Lending funnel insights
● Stakeholder satisfaction & adoption of reports and dashboards
● Proactive identification of issues and opportunities via data

● Exposure to stakeholder communication, reporting routines, and quick-turnaround analysis.
● Comfortable working in an agile, unstructured startup environment with shifting priorities.
● A self-starter mindset and the ability to own end-to-end delivery.
Nice to Have
