As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and enhance user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ALIP Business Configuration.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications.
- Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ALIP Business Configuration.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
