We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive / Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills and be comfortable training and guiding new team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Train and mentor new sales team members.
- Conduct product, sales process, and communication training.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Develop effective sales strategies to improve team results.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and records.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Previous experience in training or team handling is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is preferred.
