Key Responsibilities
- Risk Management: Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for high-risk activities like excavation, working at heights, scaffolding, and heavy lifting.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor and safety laws, such as the BOCW Act (Building and Other Construction Workers) and ISO 45001 standards.
- Site Inspections & Audits: Perform daily site checks, lead weekly safety meetings, and manage a Permit-to-Work (PTW) system for hazardous tasks.
- Incident Investigation: Respond immediately to accidents or near-misses, perform root-cause analysis, and apply corrective measures.
- Safety Training: Deliver safety inductions for new workers and conduct regular toolbox talks to build an accident-prevention culture
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
