Role Overview: Antara Senior Care is hiring experienced Chefs for its premium Care Homes. The role involves preparing high-quality, hygienic, and nutritious meals for residents while maintaining hospitality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare South Indian meals as per menu planning Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation standards Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams for smooth operations Manage food inventory and minimize wastage Follow diet instructions provided for residents when required Support special meal preparations during events and celebrations
Eligibility: Minimum 1 year experience as Chef in hospital, hospitality, or care home setup Minimum 10th Qualification required Basic communication skills required Ability to work in rotational shifts
