We are seeking a highly organized and academically inclined Academic Associate to support curriculum development, academic operations, examination management, and new program development. The role requires close coordination with academic centres and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of academic activities and continuous improvement of educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update course syllabi for various academic programs.
Develop course structures, module outlines, and tables of contents.
Coordinate with centres regarding academic requirements, syllabus implementation, and program delivery.
Support the development and launch of new courses and academic programs.
Conduct academic research and gather relevant content for curriculum enhancement.
Coordinate and oversee examination-related activities, including planning and execution.
Maintain academic records, course documentation, and program-related reports.
Work closely with academic and operational teams to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Assist in reviewing and improving existing academic programs and learning materials.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
Experience in academic coordination, curriculum development, education, training, or related fields is preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to diverse academic domains.
Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple academic projects simultaneously.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
