We are a leading travel firm in Himachal Pradesh looking for a Travel Executive to join our team. You will research, plan, and book end-to-end travel itineraries for individual and group clients, ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Research, plan, and arrange customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets
- Book accommodations, transportation, and other travel services
- Provide accurate information on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and airline policies
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and travel changes with quick resolution
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, and client preferences
- Process payments, invoices, and refunds as per company policy
- Suggest personalized recommendations, upgrades, and additional services to enhance client experiences
- Prepare travel reports, itineraries, and presentations for clients and internal teams
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel advisories, and destination knowledge
Requirements
- Any graduate; degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Travel Executive, Travel Consultant, or similar role
- Good knowledge of travel industry practices, trends, and popular destinations
- Familiarity with travel booking software, reservation systems, and online travel platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to offer alternative solutions
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Immediate joiners preferred
