Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard warehouse partners pan india.
- Generate warehouse leads through brokers, referrals, field visits, and networking, and LinkedIn harvesting.
- Build and maintain relationships with warehouse owners and logistics partners.
- Conduct warehouse site visits and assess suitability based on business requirements.
- Negotiate commercials, rental terms, and partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Procurement for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain warehouse data, market intelligence, and pricing information.
- Update CRM with leads, meetings, site visits, and partnership status.
- Prepare weekly reports on pipeline, conversions, and business performance.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and Basic Formulas).
- Ability to prepare MIS reports, analyze data, and maintain trackers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Warehouse Leasing, 3PL, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Experience in warehouse acquisition or industrial real estate is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
