Job Description: AI Video Creator
Job Location: Kozhikode, Kerala
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Driven Content Planning & Creation
- Develop engaging digital video content using advanced AI video generation tools (e.g., Sora, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, or ElevenLabs) that resonates with students and learners.
- Produce high-quality AI-generated visuals, avatars, and voiceovers that reflect academic accuracy, brand guidelines, and audience interests across multiple platforms.
2. Prompt Engineering & AI Script Development
- Craft precise, highly optimized prompts for AI video and audio generation tools to achieve specific visual styles and narratives.
- Write compelling scripts tailored for educational content, marketing campaigns, and short-form social media (Reels/TikToks), keeping AI execution limitations and capabilities in mind.
- Oversee the AI post-production pipeline (upscaling, editing, audio syncing) to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
3. Cross-Functional Innovation
- Collaborate closely with academic subject matter experts to translate complex educational concepts into clear, visually stunning AI video assets.
- Work alongside marketing professionals, traditional designers, and video editors to blend AI-generated assets with human-crafted brand elements.
- Guide and upskill team members on how to integrate generative AI tools into their daily workflows.
4. AI Strategy & Trend Analysis
- Generate fresh concepts and iterate rapidly on content ideas using AI to dramatically increase output without sacrificing engagement or quality.
- Stay ahead of the curve regarding emerging trends in generative AI, video tech, and social media algorithms to introduce innovative new formats.
5. Quality Control & Performance Optimization
- Review, refine, and troubleshoot AI-generated content to eliminate visual artifacts, weird rendering, or unnatural synthesized voices, maintaining strict brand consistency.
- Monitor video performance metrics using data analytics and refine AI prompts or styles based on audience engagement and feedback.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience specializing in generative AI workflows, AI video creation, text-to-video tools, or digital media production utilizing AI tools.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with leading AI video and audio platforms (e.g., Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Premiere Pro/CapCut for AI asset integration).
- Prompting & Storytelling: Strong background in prompt engineering for visual assets and a proven ability to weave AI generation into compelling, cohesive storytelling.
- Collaborative Mindset: Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing fast-paced, iterative content cycles.
- Detail-Oriented: A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail, specifically in identifying and correcting AI-generation flaws (glitches, audio sync issues).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
