We are looking for a highly driven, execution-focused, and customer-oriented Sr. IT Project Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of cybersecurity and network infrastructure projects for enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience managing end-to-end IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, network implementation, cloud, or managed services projects while ensuring delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, profitability, and SLA adherence.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, project execution capability, team coordination, risk management, and customer-facing communication skills in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity, networking, cloud, and IT infrastructure projects.
- Manage project planning, execution, implementation, monitoring, and closure activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Drive seamless deployment and transition of enterprise IT and security solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers during project execution.
- Manage relationships with CIOs, IT Heads, Security Teams, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct project review meetings, status updates, escalation handling, and governance discussions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including:
Pre-Sales; Network Engineers; Security Engineers; Cloud Teams; OEM/Vendor Partners; Support & Managed Services Teams.
- Lead internal delivery teams to ensure timely execution and issue resolution.
- Drive accountability, ownership, and operational discipline across project teams.
- Manage deployment and delivery of:
Firewall & Endpoint Security Solutions; SOC/SIEM Projects; VAPT & Compliance Engagements; Network Infrastructure & SD-WAN; Cloud Security & Hybrid Infrastructure; Data Center & Wireless Solutions; Managed Security Services
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Prepare project plans, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
- Drive proactive risk mitigation and escalation management.
- Monitor resource utilization, profitability, and project health metrics.
- Support account growth through delivery excellence and customer relationship management.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during project engagements.
- Ensure successful project renewals and long-term customer retention.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years of experience in IT project delivery, infrastructure delivery, cybersecurity implementation, or managed services.
- Strong experience managing enterprise-level IT and security projects.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity and networking technologies.
- Proven experience handling customer-facing delivery roles.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and OEM vendors.
- Familiarity with ITIL, PMP, Agile, or Prince2 methodologies preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
