Location: Vennala, Palarivatom
We’re looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our branch. You’ll be the face of our organization locally — driving growth, building a high-performing team, and delivering excellent service to our members/customers.[Vennala, Thrippunithura, Vytila, Chottanikkara, Kaloor, Edappally]
Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any field (Commerce, Finance, or related fields preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in banking / Society / NBFC / Nidhi/ any other Finance Companies.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of local geography and community behavior.
Basic financial literacy and documentation skills.
Ability to ride a two-wheeler
Work Environment:
Extensive travel within assigned areas.
Interaction with clients, communities, and branch offices.
Flexible working hours based on field requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
