We are looking for a Senior Academic Operations Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between teachers, parents, and internal teams, while maintaining high academic and service quality standards.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic education environment and takes ownership of both operations and relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operations Manager
- Servicing teacher & parents
- Conduct tutor interviews
- Checking Class Quality
- Managing Leads
Skill(s) required:
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
- Agile in responding to queries
- Prior online teaching experience is a big plus
