Job Description
Warade Packtech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales & Application Engineer to support the design and delivery of customized automation solutions in the packaging and material handling industry.
The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and converting them into practical and value-driven automation solutions in coordination with internal engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements through site visits and technical discussions
- Develop solutions in packaging automation, material handling, and robotics integration
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, costing, and documentation
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for execution and commissioning
- Translate technical concepts into business value for customers
- Monitor industry trends and competitor technologies
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in packaging automation / material handling / industrial automation
- Strong understanding of packaging systems, conveyors, and robotics
- Good communication and customer-facing presentation skills
- Experience in costing, proposal preparation, and solution engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in OEM / automation industry
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or layout reading
- Exposure to technical sales or application engineering roles
