About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Junior Study Abroad Counselor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about guiding students in achieving their international education goals. The candidate will support students throughout the admission process under the guidance of senior counselors.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Understand students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities and courses.
- Assist students with university applications and admission procedures.
- Guide students in preparing required documents such as SOPs, LORs, resumes, and application forms.
- Coordinate with universities regarding application status and admission updates.
- Provide basic guidance on visa documentation and pre-departure requirements.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM regularly.
- Stay updated on admission requirements, intakes, and visa policies for study destinations.
- Support students throughout the application journey to ensure a positive experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in overseas education counseling, admissions, or customer service.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of international education systems will be an added advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
