Store Management
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Issue materials to production departments as per approved material requisitions.
- Maintain stock registers and inventory records in ERP or inventory management software.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock verification.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments regarding material availability.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
Purchase Management
- Identify purchase requirements based on production plans and inventory levels.
- Float enquiries, collect quotations, and compare vendor prices.
- Prepare purchase orders after obtaining required approvals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with approved suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding quality issues, shortages, and replacements.
- Maintain vendor database and supplier performance records.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain purchase files, GRNs, invoices, stock registers, and other related documents.
- Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
- Prepare MIS reports on stock position, purchases, and inventory consumption.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
