1. Advise the Business partner in-charge regarding Statutory Requirements and Legal Requirements.
2. Advice and counsel team members on Safety Matters through meetings & Toolbox talks.
3. Provide Resource materials for Safety Training.
4. Attend training and get validated before start of the job as per the agreement during the bid
clarification meeting.
5. Impart training to contract manpower and validate them before start of the job under the contract.
6. Lead Safety training program and conduct training at a fixed frequency
7. Ensure hygienic condition at workplace.
8. Submit a report on corrective actions taken on safety observations against the Business partner to
the on a quarterly basis.
9. Maintain the Healthiness of all Personnel, PPE’s and Safety Equipment and their records.
10. Ensure all IFR suits available with Business partner personnel are in good condition. Inform the
site-in- charge for replacement in case any damage is observed in the suits.
11. Ensure that IFR suit provided is suitable for the job being executed by the Business partner personnel.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
