About the Role
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Associate to help us build and execute marketing campaigns focused on acquiring Sales Partners and Student Ambassadors. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to recruit Sales Partners.
- Develop campaigns to attract and onboard Student Ambassadors.
- Plan and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, WhatsApp Ads, SMS Marketing, and Google Ads.
- Assist in developing lead-generation strategies and improving campaign performance.
- Create engaging blogs, promotional content, and marketing materials.
- Perform SEO activities, including:
- On-page SEO
- Off-page SEO
- Keyword research
- Content optimization
- Link-building activities
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and engagement.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Work with the team to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Prepare basic marketing reports and track campaign KPIs.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of WhatsApp and SMS marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, On-page SEO, and Off-page SEO.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Ability to create creative and engaging marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in tracking campaign performance.
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, and Meta Business Suite will be an advantage.
