Armonia is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Showroom Manager to support daily showroom operations, drive sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day showroom operations.
- Support the Showroom Manager in achieving sales targets and business goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Guide customers in selecting home décor, furniture, and lifestyle products.
- Monitor showroom appearance and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper stock management, inventory checks, and product availability.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for stock replenishment.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain operational records.
- Support local marketing activities, exhibitions, and in-store promotions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
