We are seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage staff, vendors, and household logistics seamlessly. The House Manager acts as the single point of accountability for ensuring the home runs smoothly at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily household operations and maintenance
- Manage and supervise domestic staff and schedules
- Coordinate vendors, repairs, and service providers
- Manage household inventory and supplies
- Prepare the home for guests and events
- Track household expenses and control costs
- Ensure security, privacy, and confidentiality
Requirements
- Prior experience as a House/Estate Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and people-management skills
- High level of trust, discretion, and reliability
