Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, references, and site visits
- Explain property details, pricing, and offers to clients
- Arrange and attend site visits with potential customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with prospects and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets

- 0–3 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits
