Core Responsibilities
- Client Service & Communication: Greeting guests, answering inquiries over the phone or via messaging apps, and explaining available treatments.
- Scheduling: Booking and managing appointments using the salon's software, minimizing wait times, and coordinating with estheticians and hair stylists.
- Billing & Payments: Processing transactions (cash, UPI, cards), managing daily cash flows, and handling client invoices.
- Database Management: Updating client records with visit history, preferences, and specific skin or hair treatments.
- Clinic Operations: Maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetics of the reception area, tracking retail product inventory, and managing staff attendance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years in front office management, specifically within the salon, spa, or clinical aesthetics industry.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Telugu and English (Hindi - optional) is highly preferred to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Soft Skills: Presentable, warm personality, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of basic computer programs, billing systems, and client management software.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
