Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries in the IT sector
- Develop and execute targeted outbound lead generation campaigns, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach, to identify potential customers for our IT products and services
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Engage with leads to understand their needs and pain points and position our company's information technology products or services as the solution
- Nurture leads by providing relevant and valuable content, and maintain regular contact to build relationships and keep the company top-of-mind
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation targets for our information technology products and services
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize lead conversion
- Hit your daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
- Report to the Sales Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development for information technology products or services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of outbound lead generation techniques, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach, specific to the IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects in the information technology sector
- Results-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software, such as ZoomInfo/LinkedIn Sales Navigator specifically for IT products and services
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or a related field preferred.
