We are seeking a dynamic Banking Alliance Executive to create, maintain, and foster strategic banking relationships. In this role, you will work closely with financial institutions to drive business growth, explore new market opportunities, and ensure seamless collaboration between fintech solutions and traditional banking services.
Your responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and banking partners.

Establish and maintain productive working relationships with bankers to maximize business opportunities.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and product reports to bank merchant onboarding teams.

Assess banking needs of merchants and provide tailored product training and recommendations to bankers.

Educate bankers on product specifications and benefits to enhance adoption.

Identify upselling opportunities and recommend complementary solutions.

Maintain and manage potential relationships to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.

Lead business development activities to meet sales objectives and profitability goals.

Expand banking relationships through referrals, networking, and online research.

Update contact details, meeting records, and key relationships in the database.

Prepare insightful reports and presentations for business development initiatives.
Skill sets/Experience we require:

0-2 years of relevant experience in business development, including merchant onboarding, payment gateways, and API banking.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations to senior banking professionals.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
